To preserve the quality of your garment, we recommend washing it inside out at 30 degrees with similar colors. Be careful not to iron prints.

At youlookgood , you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.
If the item does not suit you, you can return it to us, provided that it is:

- Unworn / Unwashed

- In its original packaging

- In perfect condition

📩 To request a return:

1. Send an email to contact.youlookgood@gmail.com with your order number

2. Indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund

3. We will respond to you within 48 hours with the procedure to follow.

📦 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💸 Refund:

Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be made within 5 to 7 working days to the initial payment method.

Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days and then shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days in mainland France.

For pre-orders, shipping will begin on June 23.
